ELIGIBILITY: 

Persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. FBSS has and reserves the right to verify at any time the identity of any registrant or account holder and to suspend or block access to any account holder’s account for any reason or with no reason. 

How to Enter: 

To enter this promotion, participate in the promotional game, and complete your DONATION, with FBSS assistance you must establish an account at the Promotion. There is no charge to establish an account, but a valid government-issued (state or federal) picture identification is required to verify your identity. When your account is established, you can DONATE at any time and from time to time, but only at FBSS  GAME ROOM where you establish your account. 

Prizes, Games, Winner Determination, and Odds of Winning:

Cash is available as a prize. Not every entry will win a prize. 

How to Claim a Prize:

If the participant chooses, entry credits awarded from gameplay may be used to redeem for cash prizes at the rate of 1¢for each awarded credit that is redeemed. Such awarded credits must be redeemed only at the premises of the FBSS retail establishment at which the participant applied to establish an account. The participant must present his/her account number, together with Identification (VALID government-issued state or federal) Picture ID or Passport that validates residency in a state where participation in the free game promotion is eligible. ALL prize winnings are subject to verification of eligibility. As a condition of the award, prize winners may be required to show proof of eligibility and provide such information as the FBSS may require making governmental filings (including but not limited to Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-MISC) that are required by law. Entitlement to a prize is not transferable from the account holder to any other person unless they designate in writing and management approvals.
